For the Love of Baby
Joe's love for baby has been a long term relationship. Almost 2 years ago, as I was cleaning out my closet, Joe unearthed Baby, swaddled in a clear plastic bag. I had been keeping her carefully stored because she was given to me by my grandmother, Jean Loyd, when I was just a wee girl. Her name was Victoria and I loved her to bits. Joe raised the plastic-wrapped Baby over his head and yelled "B!" A sweet relationship was born.

Baby Marathon
I have been planning to post some pics of Joe with Baby for awhile (read: coupla years) and I have felt overwhelmed by the number of pics...so for the next week, I'm going to post captioned pics of Joe and Baby over the years. I'm starting tomorrow (Sunday) so stay tuned to see if:
a) I really post each day.
b) The pictures are as cute to you as they seem to me.
c) My captions are witty.
d) I really post each day.

Celebrating Paul
Flashback to last Saturday and get ready to join us for a picture montage of Paul's birthday celebration at Mom and Dad's...
Julie dressed to the nines.
Lori brought her laptop to show Mom the Disney World pictures from Lori, Zach and Cole's trip this past summer. Lori has been a friend of our family's for years, well before Mom had the stroke. Lori is always at ease with Mom, talking with her as if no time has past since they last saw each other, and she always seems to bring a smile to Mom's face...but I digress.

Paul loved the sudoku cake that Joanne made.
It took me a few minutes to figure out that I would need more that one square of the puzzle to effectively solve the sudoku-ness but I digress.
Joanne is a dear friend who cooks, serves and freezes meals for Mom and Dad each Wednesday...now you know when to visit to get some yummy home-cooked meals!
